Motorhomes & crewed vehicles
Whatever your requirement for heat, Mason's Total Temperature Control will have a solution.
Mason's are happy to undertake electrical and mechanical installations to motorhomes and similar vehicles. We also offer leisure-battery charging and management, with automatic voltage sensing, charging and conditioning equipment available.
The 'Hydronic' independent heating system is the modern, cost effective, no hassle alternative to a traditional gas system. It uses a miniature diesel fuelled combustion heater, combining the very latest self-regulating technology with extremely low power and fuel consumption. The heating system offers automatic sensing and temperature control of the vehicle interior and at the same time providing ample stored hot water for 'domestic' needs.
The unit can be operated by timer, remote control and even mobile 'phone!
For saloon air heating only, the 'Airtronic' is the perfect solution.
This unit is fitted and sealed against the vehicle floor in a seat box or similar so that the combustion, air and exhaust pipes are attached outside the vehicle. The heated air is then ducted around the vehicle to outlets located as required.
Typically a Motorhome would have a 2kW or 4 kW unit fitted, but, with heating capacities up to 30 kW, there is no problem keeping you as warm as toast!
Once again the unit can be switched by timer, remote control and mobile 'phone!
The 'Airtronic' initially runs at high power, rapidly bringing the vehicle up to thermostat temperature. It then cuts back on power and velocity to maintain that setting, with the minimum of intrusion to the occupants.
Because the heater takes fuel from the standard diesel tank of the vehicle, the result is a saving in gas bottle consumption up to an amazing 80%!
Mason's can further service, repair and install air conditioning to all vehicle makes, both standard and specially built vehicles, including rooftop units for motorhomes and crewed vehicles operating on both mains hook up and DC inverter.
You may also want to make use of Mason's other services, perhaps adding one of many 12/24/230-volt fridges, a hot water or hand wash system.
