Air conditioning whilst your motor home or caravan is sited is often more a necessity than a luxury, but having air conditioning where there is no electric hook-up, with no engine running - that's just spoiling yourself!

Mason's Total Temperature Control can supply and install a range of roof top mounted air conditioners in various sizes to match the volume of the vehicle, often fitting through the existing roof vent cut-out. To complete the sheer indulgence, some models even have infrared remote control.

The units are available as AC 230-volt mains hook-up version, or units thatoperate on both AC mains hook up and DC battery voltage, with auto voltage sensing and switching when you hook-up. They can have a charging current distributor to stop the possibility of the engine battery from becoming flat and to optimise battery re-charging.

As well as for motorhomes, equestrian event homes, exhibition and motor sport trailers, these roof top units are ideal for any type of van, truck or trailer conversion that is going to accommodate people, products or equipment requiring a light cooling duty or comfort cooling.

If you are looking for air-conditioned comfort for driver and passengers whilst on the road then Mason's can install a tailor made in-dash kit to replicate the original equipment. The cooled air will come from the existing ventilation system and, as with the original equipment, operate with the engine running.

We can also add a hidden rear-cooling unit to work with the in dash - again, this operates with the engine running.
